Scott T. Motsinger, President / Principal

As a Principal/Broker Scott Motsinger has been in the real estate  business since 2004. He has handled and executed the brokerage, leasing,  management, and development of commercial real estate projects on  behalf of tenants, developers and property owners. Throughout his  career, Scott has provided consulting and brokerage services for almost  every commercial real estate product type and has consistently exceeded  expectations for tenant representation assignments, pad site and land  transactions, project leasing assignments, consulting and advisory roles  and investment transactions.

Scott has represented Fortune 500  companies in site selection, provided leasing services for office,  retail and industrial projects, and sold commercial and development  land.  Current and former clients and customers include: Exxon, Kroger,  Aramark, Sodexho, Diamond Shamrock, Shell Oil, Marriott, PepsiCo, Taco  Bell, Pizza Hut, Shipley’s Donuts and Freddy’s Frozen custard &  Steakburgers, along with a variety of other national corporations,  private investors, property owners and developers.  During his career,  he has facilitated more than 1,000,000 square feet of lease transactions  and Thousands of acres of commercial land transactions totaling over  $250,000,000 in aggregate value. 

Scott is a graduate of the CCIM  institute and Leadership Temple. He is also a member of Temple Lions  Club, Temple Chamber of Commerce and a former board member of the Ronald  McDonald House. 


Beverly Motsinger, Office Administrator / Project coordinator


Beverly brings a wide variety of experience to our team.  In addition  to her banking knowledge in account services and investments, she also  has years of experience in property management.  In Houston, she worked  for a large property management company handling all daily and monthly  processing for multiple apartment complexes as well as monthly financial  services for the property owners.

Beverly's experience  also includes bookkeeping responsibilities for Round Street Deli,  Motsco Investments and its subsidiary companies including all accounts  receivable, accounts payable, payroll and tax reporting.  She has been  the Assistant Accountant/Member Services Rep for Wildflower Country Club  for twelve years.  At Wildflower, she managed AR/AP as well as daily  and monthly reporting, maintaining member accounts, collections,and  audit. 

As a member of the team at Central Realty  Partners, Beverly's organization and knowledge will enable her to handle  the daily management and bookkeeping as well as assisting our clients  with the sale, purchase and/or leasing of properties throughout Central  Texas.


Teresa Lange, Commercial Associate


Teresa, a native of Bell County, has been in the Real Estate  Industry since 2005. Throughout her career, she has worked with  landowners, developers, municipalities, numerous Relocation Companies  including the TXDOT ROW Relocation Division. She is familiar with the  growth and development patterns in this area and has worked close with  the cities in zoning and permitting processes. 

Teresa  brings integrity and understanding to the industry and company by  working to find the right investment for landowners and developers. Some  of her corporate relationships over the years has include billboards,  grocery, hotel/motel, auto dealerships, storage facilities and quick  serve restaurants like: HEB, Fikes Wholesale, 7-Eleven, Taco Bell, Sleep  Inn, Holiday Inn, Dennis Eakin Commercial, Lucky’s RV, Mayflower Moving  and Lamar Advertising. 

 Teresa is involved with the local  community and has served with the Temple Chamber of Commerce Business  Showcase; Temple Area Builders Association; Fellowship of Christian  Athletes; Ronald McDonald House Charities; Salvation Army and Temple  College Foundation.
